- salt
- 3/4 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
- 1 (8 3/4 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground cumin
- 2 tsp. fine dry bread crumbs
Directions

1Cut tops from green peppers; discard seeds and membranes. Place peppers in an 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.

2Cover peppers. Microcook on High for 3 minutes.

4Drain liquid. Sprinkle peppers with salt and pepper.
