  • 2 to 4 lb. hamburger (depends on how many you want to make)
  • 4 to 6 mangos (green peppers)
  • Minute rice
  • onion
  • tomato soup
  • salt and pepper
  • eggs

Directions

    Mix hamburger with rice, onion, eggs, salt and pepper.

    Put hamburger mixture into mangos.

    Pour tomato soup into big pan and put mangos into soup mixture.

    Let come to a boil.

    Simmer for around an hour and a half.
