- 6 large peppers
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. rice
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 large onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. tomato sauce
Directions

1Clean peppers; cut off tops and remove seeds.

2Boil in salt water for 5 minutes.

3Then cool in cold water; drain.

4While water is heating, brown ground beef and onion.

5Drain; add rice, tomato sauce, salt, pepper and garlic salt.

6Stuff peppers with mixture, then top with ketchup.

7Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

8Serves 4 to 6.
