  • 6 peppers, washed and cleaned out
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 Tbsp. catsup
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 c. cooked rice
  • 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 c. onion, chopped
  • 1/4 c. pepper, chopped

Directions

    Stuff pepper halves with mixture of remaining ingredients; put in shallow dish.

    Pour 1 small can tomato sauce over peppers.

    Bake at 350° to 375° for 1 hour.
