- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. onion, chopped
- 1/4 c. pepper, chopped
Directions

1Stuff pepper halves with mixture of remaining ingredients; put in shallow dish.

2Pour 1 small can tomato sauce over peppers.

3Bake at 350° to 375° for 1 hour.
