  • 2 large cans diced tomatoes
  • 2 cans clams, drained
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • garlic powder to taste (3 Tbsp.)
  • 1 tsp. red pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil

Directions

    In a large skillet, fry onion and clams in olive oil until onion is tender.

    Add garlic powder, red pepper and salt.

    Add tomatoes along with the juice and simmer for about 1 hour.

    The longer it simmers, the better it tastes.
