- 2 large cans diced tomatoes
- 2 cans clams, drained
- 1 large onion, diced
- garlic powder to taste (3 Tbsp.)
- 1 tsp. red pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
Directions

1In a large skillet, fry onion and clams in olive oil until onion is tender.

2Add garlic powder, red pepper and salt.

3Add tomatoes along with the juice and simmer for about 1 hour.

4The longer it simmers, the better it tastes.
