- 6 medium peppers
- 1/2 c. onion
- 1 lb. hamburg
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- pinch of pepper
- 2 c. soft bread crumbs
- rice, if desired
Directions

1Cut peppers and remove seeds; put in boiling water for 5 minutes or until tender.

2Drain.

3Mix ingredients.

4Fill peppers. Put in baking dish with a small amount of water.

5Cover top of peppers with tomato soup or catsup.

6Bake 1 hour at 350°.
