Stuffed Peppers

  • 4 large green peppers
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. cooked rice
  • 1/3 c. onion
  • 1 (10 oz.) can whole tomatoes

Directions

    Cook peppers until tender.

    Place in baking dish.

    Brown ground beef and drain.

    Mix cooked rice, browned ground beef, onion and tomatoes together.

    Stuff peppers first, then pour the rest on top.

    Cook at 350° for 30 minutes.
