Stuffed Peppers

- 4 large green peppers
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. cooked rice
- 1/3 c. onion
- 1 (10 oz.) can whole tomatoes
Directions

1Cook peppers until tender.

2Place in baking dish.

3Brown ground beef and drain.

4Mix cooked rice, browned ground beef, onion and tomatoes together.

5Stuff peppers first, then pour the rest on top.

6Cook at 350° for 30 minutes.
