- 8 large green bell peppers
- 6 boneless shoulder steak
- 1 large bag of mozzarella cheese
- water
- salt
- pepper
Directions

1Cut steak into cubes or fine strips.

2Place in a skillet with about 1/4 c. water; salt and pepper, then cover.

3Let simmer until done.

4Meanwhile, cut tops of green pepper off and clean out each pepper.

5Place some cheese in the bottom of each pepper.

6When steak is done put about 1/4 c. steak into each pepper and top with cheese.

7Keep layering pressing down on the cheese each time.

8Once full, place each filled pepper onto a baking sheet or a deep pan which ever is preferred.

9Place tops on peppers and cook on 300° until peppers begin to soften and cheese is melted.
