  • 2 lb. hamburger
  • 4 or 5 green peppers
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 c. cooked rice
  • 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce

Directions

    Heat oven to 350°. Cut off tops of peppers.

    Clean out seeds and wash thoroughly.

    Cook peppers for 5 minutes in 5 cups salted water. Drain.
