- 2 pkg. Kraft Nippy cheese
- 4 oz. Blue cheese
- 3 oz. cream cheese
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 toe garlic
- 1 c. beer
- 1 loaf unsliced rye bread
Directions

1Warm beer to take the chill off.

2Pour it into measuring cup; set aside.

3Heat remaining ingredients, except bread.

4Stir until thick.

5Remove from heat.

6Pour in 1/4 cup beer; stir.

7Wait 15 minutes.

8Do this until all beer is gone.

9Dip is ready.

10Carve out inside of rye bread.

11Cut into chunks for dipping.

12Pour dip into bread bowl.
