- 6 medium green peppers
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 3 tsp. minced onions
- 3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 c. Minute rice
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 3/4 c. water
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 can tomato paste
Directions

1Wash peppers.

2Remove insides.

3Boil in water for 5 to 6 minutes.

4Brown beef and onions.

5Drain.

6Stir in paste, water, sauce, salt and powder.

7Cover and bring to a boil.

8Remove from heat.

9Stir in rice.

10Let stand, covered, for 5 minutes.

11Stir in cheese.

12Stuff peppers.

13Bake at 350° for 26 minutes.
