  • 1/2 c. cooked rice
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. celery, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 3 Tbsp. canned milk
  • 3 Tbsp. parsley
  • 3/4 c. tomato sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash black pepper
  • dash cayenne pepper
