  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 c. cooked rice
  • 1/4 c. steak sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 6 large green peppers

    In skillet over medium heat, brown meat and onion until done. Pour off drippings; stir in corn, tomato sauce, rice, steak sauce and black pepper.

    Set aside.

    Cut tops off peppers.

    Remove seeds.

    Spoon in mixture; arrange in 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes until peppers are done.
