- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 small yellow onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. long grain rice
- 4 to 6 green peppers, cored and rinsed
- 1 large can tomato sauce, mixed with 1/2 can water
Directions

1In large skillet, brown onion and ground beef.

2Drain off fat. Add rice and mix in skillet.

3Fill peppers with mixture.

4In baking dish (casserole style), pour sauce and water in dish, then stand peppers up in dish.

5Cover and bake 2 hours at 350°.
