- 4 eggs, separated
- 2 sticks butter or margarine
- 1/2 c. oil
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 large jars of baby food carrots
- 1/2 jar water
- 2 1/2 c. cake flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Combine egg yolks and rest of ingredients until well blended. Beat egg whites and fold into batter. Pour batter into 2 prepared 9 inch baking pans. Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Allow to cool then frost with cream cheese frosting.
