- 4 medium bell peppers
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium onion
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Brown ground beef and chopped onion.

2Simmer until meat is done.

3Add tomato sauce, rice, salt and pepper.

4Slice top off bell peppers and core.

5Fill each pepper equally with meat mixture until it reaches top.

6Place upright in buttered casserole dish. Cover with foil.

7Cook at 350° for about 1 hour.
