- 1 medium sized chopped onion
- 1 lb. ground beef
- salt and pepper seasoning
- green peppers
- 1 qt. sweetened tomatoes or tomato juice
Directions

1Combine rice and onion in ground beef with salt and pepper seasoning.

2After soaking green peppers in salted water at least 1/2 hour, stuff with meat mixture and put in tomatoes or tomato juice to cook slowly for 2 or more hours, either on top of the stove or in the oven.
