  • 6 green peppers
  • 2 c. cooked rice
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 c. chopped hamburger
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 to 1/2 bottle chili sauce
  • 1 c. buttered crumbs

Directions

    Trim peppers and boil shells for 5 minutes in salted water; drain.

    Stuff with rest of ingredients; cover with crumbs.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until peppers are tender and crumbs brown.
