Stuffed Peppers

- 3 large peppers
- 1/2 lb. hamburger
- 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of garlic salt
- 1/2 c. cooked rice
- 8 oz. can tomato sauce
- 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Prepare peppers by removing top and seeds. Cook in enough boiling water to cover for 5 minutes. Cook and stir hamburger and onion until light brown. Drain off grease.

2Stir in garlic salt, rice and most of the tomato sauce.

3Stuff peppers with hamburger mixture.

4Place in ungreased baking dish.

5Pour rest of tomato sauce over them. Cover and cook 45 minutes at 350°.

6Uncover and cook 15 more minutes. Sprinkle with cheese on top.
