- 6 green peppers
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 small onion and butter
- rice pilaf, frozen (I use Green Giant)
- V-8 juice
- 6 slices American cheese
- salt and pepper
- seasoned salt
- bread crumbs
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Boil peppers until soft.

3Fry hamburger in onion and butter.

4Boil rice pilaf in water about 16 minutes or until thawed.

5Add to hamburger.

6Season with salt, pepper and seasoned salt.

7Stuff peppers; throw bread crumbs over top.

8Drip V-8 juice into peppers.

9Add sliced cheese over peppers and tuck sides in.

10Coat baking dish with V-8.

11Bake at 375° for 20 to 30 minutes, or until heated through and cheese is melted.
