- 6 to 8 large peppers
- 1 1/4 lb. ground chuck
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 c. cooked rice
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 1/8 tsp. garlic salt
- 3/4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Cut circle on top of peppers.

2Pull top off and clean inside fully.

3Do not break peppers.

4Cook peppers in boiling water for 5 minutes.

5Drain peppers.

6Cook hamburger and onion together in skillet.

7Drain.

8Stir in garlic salt, rice and 1 can tomato soup. Stuff peppers with hamburger mixture.

9Stand peppers upright in ungreased baking dish.

10Pour remaining can of soup over peppers. Cover and cook 45 minutes at 350°.

11Uncover, cook 15 minutes longer.

12Sprinkle with cheese.
