- 2 to 3 large green peppers
- 3/4 lb. ground beef
- 1/3 c. diced onion
- 1/3 c. uncooked rice
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1 small can tomato sauce
Directions

1In pan, brown meat and drain.

2Add onion, rice, 1/2 can tomato sauce and 1/2 cup water.

3Add spices and Worcestershire sauce.

4Simmer 15 minutes.

5Fill peppers (cut tops, deseed and wash).

6Pour remaining tomato sauce over peppers.

7Bake at 375° for 25 minutes or until done.

8Can also be cooked in crock-pot after filling is put into peppers.
