- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 4 medium green or red or yellow filling peppers
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 3/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 2 Tbsp. ketchup
- 1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 (12 1/2 oz.) can Italian style tomatoes
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Cut bell peppers lengthwise in half. Remove seeds.

3In medium bowl, combine all ingredients.

4Stuff peppers; cover with foil.

5Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until beef mixture is no longer pink inside.
