- 4 medium green peppers
- 2 lb. ground chuck
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 c. cooked Minute rice
- 4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 large can tomato soup
Directions

1Brown ground chuck and onions. Combine 1/2 cup tomato soup and 1 cup cheese.

2Cut peppers lengthwise.

3Place in baking dish. Stuff with mixture.

4Place excess around peppers.

5Pour remainder of the soup over top. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes, covered. Remove and sprinkle cheese over.

6Bake 15 minutes longer, uncovered.
