Stuffed Peppers

  • 4 medium green peppers
  • 2 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 c. cooked Minute rice
  • 4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 large can tomato soup

Directions

    Brown ground chuck and onions. Combine 1/2 cup tomato soup and 1 cup cheese.

    Cut peppers lengthwise.

    Place in baking dish. Stuff with mixture.

    Place excess around peppers.

    Pour remainder of the soup over top. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes, covered. Remove and sprinkle cheese over.

    Bake 15 minutes longer, uncovered.
