- 6 large green peppers
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 3 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1 large can tomato sauce
- 1/2 c. grated cheese
Directions

1Cut stems from peppers.

2Take out seeds and wash peppers. Drain.

3Brown ground beef and onion together.

4Drain.

5Mix all other ingredients, except cheese.

6Stuff peppers and top with grated cheese.

7Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.
