- 3 c. cooked white rice (1 c. uncooked)
- 1 (10 3/4 oz. each) can cream of mushroom and cream of celery soup
- 1 c. (4 oz.) grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimiento, drained
- 1 (10 oz. each) pkg. frozen spinach and broccoli, thawed and drained (chopped)
- 1 1/2 c. Durkee French fried onions
Directions

1Combine rice, soups, cheese and pimiento; stir well and set aside.

2Combine spinach, broccoli and 1 cup French fried onions. Spread 1/2 cooked rice mixture in 8 x 12-inch dish.

3Top with vegetable mixture, then rest of rice mixture.

4Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 40 minutes or until heated through.

5Top with remaining onions.

6Bake, uncovered, 5 minutes.

7Makes 8 to 10 servings.
