  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • minced onions
  • 2 cans tomato soup with rice
  • 1 c. sharp shredded cheese
  • 5 large green peppers
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Cook beef, onion and garlic until brown.

    Drain grease and add seasonings and soup.

    Simmer 10 minutes.

    Add cheese and cook slowly until cheese has melted.

    Cut top off pepper, remove seeds and boil for 2-3 minutes.

    Cool.

    Stuff with mixture. Bake about 50 minutes in 400° oven.
