- 6 green peppers
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. brown or white rice
- 1 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 small onion, chopped fine
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato soup
- 1 can water
Directions

1Remove seed from peppers.

2Wash peppers.

3Combine rice, salt, beef, egg, milk and onion.

4Stuff into green peppers.

5Combine water and soup.

6Can be made in crock-pot on low temperature 7 hours or high, 3 to 4 hours.

7Also can be baked in oven at 350° for 2 hours.
