  • 6 green peppers
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. brown or white rice
  • 1 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 small onion, chopped fine
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato soup
  • 1 can water

    Remove seed from peppers.

    Wash peppers.

    Combine rice, salt, beef, egg, milk and onion.

    Stuff into green peppers.

    Combine water and soup.

    Can be made in crock-pot on low temperature 7 hours or high, 3 to 4 hours.

    Also can be baked in oven at 350° for 2 hours.
