- 2 c. (1 can) stewed tomatoes
- 3/4 c. precooked rice
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 c. shredded cheese (American)
Directions

1Brown meat and onions.

2Add tomatoes, rice and sauce.

4Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.

5Add cheese, then stuff peppers.

6Bake, uncovered, for 25 minutes at 350°.
