- 6 medium peppers, green or Hungarian
- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 1 c. rice
- 1 chopped medium onion
- 1 c. catsup (divided)
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 2 cans water
Directions

1Parboil peppers for 5 minutes, and cool.

2Mix raw rice and uncooked ground chuck with chopped onion and add 1/4 to 1/2 cup catsup, stuff into pepper shells and put into baking dish.

3Cover with mixture of the tomato soup, water and the remaining catsup. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
