- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 can whole tomatoes or fresh peeled tomatoes
- 1 pkg. saltine crackers, crumbled
- 6 to 8 green peppers
- Parmesan cheese
Directions

2Add onions and chopped pepper until bacon is crisp and onions and pepper are tender.
