- 4 red bell peppers
- 14 lb filet of beef, to grill (your preferred cut)
- 1 small chicken breast
- 1 Italian sausage
- 13 cup saputo parmesan cheese, grated
- 12 cup saputo mozzarellissima cheese, shredded
- chopped parsley
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- salt & fresh ground pepper
Directions

1Preheat oven at 375 F (190 C).

2Wash peppers, cut off the top and stem and remove the seeds and ribs.

3On a grill pan or barbecue, grill beef, chicken and sausage.

4Once the meat is cooked, chop it finely.

5Add a handful of parmesan, parsley, chopped garlic, one egg, salt and pepper.

6Mix well.

7Stuff the peppers with the meat mixture, cover with diced tomatoes and shredded mozzarellissima cheese, place them in a baking dish and bake in the oven for 45 minutes.

8Enjoy hot or cold.
