- 4 large peppers
- 1 c. cooked rice
- salt and pepper
- 1 tsp. parsley
- water
- 1 c. ground meat
- 1 egg
- paprika
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 2 c. tomato sauce
Directions

1Remove stems from peppers.

2Cut off bottoms and save.

3Scoop out seeds.

4Mix meat, rice, egg and seasonings.

5Stuff peppers; replace bottoms and place peppers upright.

6Add butter and a little water.
-
7Cover and stew over medium heat until done.

8Pour thick tomato sauce over peppers.

9Bake at 350° for about 45 minutes.
