- 1 medium onion
- 6 green peppers
- 8 pieces toast, cut into cubes
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 1 egg
- 1 c. water
- 1 can corn
Directions

1Wash green peppers and cut off the tops.

2Clean out insides with a teaspoon, then re-wash peppers.

3In frying pan, brown ground beef.

4Add onion.

5Season to personal preference and simmer for 5 minutes.
