  • 6 medium-size peppers
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 c. soft bread crumbs or dry Minute rice
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onion

    Clean peppers.

    Steam in covered pan for 5 minutes.

    Combine remaining ingredients using only 1/2 can of the tomato soup.

    Mix well.

    Stuff peppers.

    Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.

    Pour remaining 1/2 can of tomato soup over peppers and bake for 15 minutes more.
