- 6 medium-size peppers
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. soft bread crumbs or dry Minute rice
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
Directions

1Clean peppers.

2Steam in covered pan for 5 minutes.

3Combine remaining ingredients using only 1/2 can of the tomato soup.

4Mix well.

5Stuff peppers.

6Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.

7Pour remaining 1/2 can of tomato soup over peppers and bake for 15 minutes more.
