- 1 lb. sausage
- 6 slices toasted bread
- 2 tomatoes (fresh)
- 1 whole onion, diced
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
Directions

1Halve and clean out peppers.

2Mix all ingredients together well.

3Fill pepper shells with mixture.

4Put a little water in bottom of Pyrex dish.

5Cook on 350° for approximately 1 hour.
