- 5 medium bell peppers
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 1 lb. cooked and crumbled ground beef
- 1 can (16 oz.) tomato sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- grated Parmesan cheese
- paprika
Directions

1Wash the peppers; remove centers, cores and seeds.

2Cook in boiling water for about 10 minutes or until tender.

3Mix the cooked rice, meat, 1/4 cup of tomato sauce and seasonings in a bowl.

4Stuff cooked peppers with the rice mixture.

5Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika.

6In a shallow dish, put the rest of the tomato sauce.

7Place the stuffed peppers in the sauce and bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

8Spoon baking sauce over each pepper and serve while hot.
