- 6 green peppers
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 c. rice, cooked
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper (black)
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Directions

1Slice off tops of peppers; take out seeds.

2Place peppers in enough boiling water to cover and cook for 15 minutes.

3Cook hamburger and onions until brown.

4Drain off grease.

5Add remaining ingredients and heat through.

6Fill peppers with stuffing.

7Cover and cook in a 350° oven for 45 minutes.

8Uncover and cook for 15 minutes longer.

9Serves 6.
