- 1 pkg. pistolettes
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 bunch broccoli, cooked until tender
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1/2 c. oleo, melted
Directions

1Brown ground beef until done.

2Drain.

3Add onion and seasonings to taste.

4Add broccoli and cheese.

5Cook until cheese is melted. Cut pistolette like a potato and scoop the inside out.

6Discard the excess bread.

7Fill each roll with meat mixture.

8Dip roll with mixture in melted oleo.

9I like to place slices of cheese on top of the roll.

10Bake at 350° until roll is brown.
