  • 4 Pork Chops (approx 4oz each)
  • 1 Salt (to taste)
  • 1 Black Pepper (to taste)
  • 1 1/2 cup Bread Crumbs (baked)
  • 1/2 cup Apples
  • 1/2 cup Low-fat Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Raisins
  • 2 tbsp Margarine (reduced calorie)
  • 2 tbsp Orange Juice
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon

Directions

    Pre-heat oven to 350F.

    Cut a pocket in the pork chop along the fat side.

    Salt & pepper to taste.

    In a bowl toss together bread crumbs, apple, cheese, & raisins.

    In a separate bowl mix together melted margarine, orange juice, & cinnamon.

    Pour orange juice mixture over bread crumb mixture, stir gently.

    Lightly stuff pork chop with mixture.

    Place in a shallow pan or casserole dish.

    Bake for approx 30 minutes.
