Stuffed Pork Chops

- 6 to 8 medium pork chops
- 1 box Stove Top stuffing
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. water
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Wash pork chops.

2Add salt and pepper to taste.

3Lay pork chops in bottom of pan.

4Prepare stuffing according to directions on box.

5Put stuffing on top of pork chops.

6Heat can of mushroom soup and water together.

7Bring to boil.

8Pour soup over pork chops and stuffing.

9Cover with foil.
-
10Cook about 1 1/2 hours at 350°.

11Use 13 x 9-inch pan.
