Stuffed Pork Chops

  • 4 to 6 pork chops
  • 3 c. bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 (10 oz.) mushroom soup
  • 1/4 tsp. seasoned pepper
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 1/3 c. water

Directions

    Place chops in baking dish.

    Combine bread crumbs, onion, 1/2 water, margarine and poultry seasoning.

    Spoon onto each chop. Cover chops with gravy made with mushroom soup and 1/3 cup water. Bake 1 hour, uncovered, at 350°.
