Stuffed Pork Chops

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. melted margarine
- 1 c. coarse bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. chopped apple
- 2 Tbsp. chopped raisins
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. minced onions
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- pinch of sage
- 2 Tbsp. hot water
- 8 thin pork loin chops
- 1/2 (3/8 oz.) pkg. brown gravy mix
Directions

1In 4-cup glass measure, melt margarine on High for 45 seconds. Add bread crumbs, apple, raisins, salt, sugar, onion, pepper and sage, mixing lightly.

2Moisten slightly with hot water.

3Trim all fat from pork chops.

4Place 4 chops in bottom of 8-inch microproof baking dish.

5Divide stuffing into 4 portions.

6Place 1 portion on top of each chop.

7Cover chops with 4 remaining chops, pressing together lightly.

8Sprinkle brown gravy mix over top of chops. May sift through strainer to make even layer.

9Cover with wax paper and cook on Roast temperature, 14 to 18 minutes until done. Rest 5 minutes before serving.
