- 2 Tbsp. melted margarine
- 1 c. hot water
- thick cut pork chops

1Buy thick pork chops, butcher will slit a pocket for you.

2Mix stuffing (ingredients above).

3Fill pockets of chops and place remainder around chops in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish and bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes (until tender).
