  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1/2 large apple, grated
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. sage
  • 2 Tbsp. melted margarine
  • 1 c. hot water
  • thick cut pork chops

Directions

    Buy thick pork chops, butcher will slit a pocket for you.

    Mix stuffing (ingredients above).

    Fill pockets of chops and place remainder around chops in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish and bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes (until tender).

    You can use Stove Top dressing.
