- 6 to 7 medium to large potatoes
- 2/3 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 2 c. sharp Cheddar
- 1 tsp. salt or to taste
- 1/2 tsp. pepper or to taste
- 1 tsp. garlic or to taste
Directions

1Bake potatoes in a 375° oven until skins are slightly firm. Remove from oven.

2Cool.

3Cut potatoes in half.

4Scoop out potato and save skins.

5Mix remaining ingredients with potatoes, using mixer or hand potato masher.

6Fill empty skins.

7Bake at 375° for 30 minutes or until tops brown.
