- 1/3 c. small curd cottage cheese
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped peanuts
- 1 tsp. grated orange rind
- peanut halves
Directions

1Combine the first 3 ingredients, mixing well. Spoon mixture into a pastry bag fitted with a large tip.

2Pipe mixture into cavity of each cooled prune. Garnish with peanut halves, if desired.

3Yields 12 to 15 prunes.
