Stuffed Pumpkin

- 1 small to medium size pumpkin
- your favorite meat loaf recipe
- little brown sugar
Directions

1Cut stem carefully off from pumpkin.

2Cut a lid from the top of the pumpkin (about 2 to 3 inches from stem).

3Clean pumpkin out (no seeds or stringy pulp); rinse inside with water.

4Pat a little brown sugar around inside.

5Put in your meat loaf mixture.

6Wrap completely in tinfoil.

7Cook until tender, about 4 hours at 350°. Serve by cutting pumpkin and meat loaf in wedges.

8Put a little butter and salt on pumpkin (do not eat skin).
