Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. unsalted crackers, broken up in small pieces
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt or 2 buds garlic, crushed
  • 2 tsp. oregano
  • 3 tsp. parsley
  • 1/4 tsp. red pepper
  • 1/4 c. cooking oil
  • 1/2 c. quahog juice
  • 3 qt. medium size quahogs

Directions

    In a large bowl, mix first 7 ingredients until blended.

    Cook quahogs until they steam open, then cut them into small pieces; add to first mixture.

    Save the shells and put a little oil in each shell, then fill with batter.

    Place on cookie sheet; bake at 350° for 1/2 hour.
