- 2 pkg. unsalted crackers, broken up in small pieces
- 1 tsp. garlic salt or 2 buds garlic, crushed
- 2 tsp. oregano
- 3 tsp. parsley
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper
- 1/4 c. cooking oil
- 1/2 c. quahog juice
- 3 qt. medium size quahogs
Directions

1In a large bowl, mix first 7 ingredients until blended.

2Cook quahogs until they steam open, then cut them into small pieces; add to first mixture.

3Save the shells and put a little oil in each shell, then fill with batter.

4Place on cookie sheet; bake at 350° for 1/2 hour.
