  • 2/3 cup bread crumbs, I substitute panko sometimes
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/3 cup fresh chopped parsley
  • 1 tbsp dehydrated onion flakes
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 6 oz fresh baby kale and spinach mix
  • 1/2 of a large white onion, very thinly sliced, about 1/2 cup
  • 6 white button mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 10 oz goat cheese log, you may substitute any cheese you desire
  • 1 can of cream of mushroom soup, 10.5 ounce can
