  • 1 1/2 to 2 lb. Tillamook cheese, grated
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 (4 1/2 oz.) small can chopped Ortegas
  • 3/4 c. salad oil
  • 3 doz. peewee French rolls
  • salt (approximately 1 tsp.)
